Sunrise CoB 10th Anniversary Celebration

On February 10, 2002, 100 persons gathered for worship in the Dining Hall at Eastern Mennonite High School. Persons continued to gather for worship, the group became organized and hired a pastor—and Sunrise Church of the Brethren was born. It was also in February (2005) that the congregation moved into our building on South Main Street.
In recent years we have observed these anniversaries in February. This year, on Sunday, February 12, we will celebrate our 10th anniversary as a congregation and our 7th year of meeting in this building. Following our worship, we will share in a carry-in meal to share in the fellowship of the day. A birthday cake will be provided as part of this celebration. All current and former members and friends are invited to help us celebrate.
